Just a quick message to say a huge thanks to my friends and colleagues for making the one year anniversary of the Wednesday Running Club such a cracker. Who would have thought running 8kms in London could be such fun!
Get out there in the fresh air and get running. Be inspired, you know its good for you.
I gather its 42 degrees in the shade in Kerala this morning! This is not going to be easy.

There's cricket happening in Cochin (Kerala) - its over 40 deg. Cel and 90% humidity. The players are cramping...also north india - in delhi the weatherman predicts that were in for a very harsh summer maybe u ll have to do all the running in the cover of darkness!!!
