Just a quick message to say a huge thanks to my friends and colleagues for making the one year anniversary of the Wednesday Running Club such a cracker. Who would have thought running 8kms in London could be such fun!

Get out there in the fresh air and get running. Be inspired, you know its good for you.

I gather its 42 degrees in the shade in Kerala this morning! This is not going to be easy.

You know I believe if two people independently think of the same idea then it constitutes evidence of a deeper truth!

ergo pete must therefore be the bollywood running man. I can see the bollywood trailer and the book title now.

A profound thought to consider over the weekend. 24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a crate - coincidence or mission?
