After a cold and windy run last night around the Thames river with our Wednesday Running Club (Rach, Gaya, Tara and Robbie) - I have to say the prospect of some sunshine running along the banks of a backwater hold huge appeal. I think if the rest of you had any sense you would all pack in your jobs, buy some running shoes and come join the adventure.
Any takers?
Good news - my good friend and fellow comrades ultra nut - who many of you will know as Swedish Jen, may well be joining me for a section of the run.
Im off to practice climbing trees.
